Oil Price Predictions
So I always keep track of Bloombergs energy page, since it gives a good overview of the energy market into which I sometimes invest.
Each week they make a prediction on oil by surveying ~24 oil market analysts as to which way the price is headed.
According to the article(http://bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20602099&sid=a.ippo5hH_RI&refer=energy), they’ve been doing this since April of 2004.
And they’ve gotten it right 49% of the time.
Wow, beaten by a quarter toss. I think maybe it’s time for Bloomberg to retire this weekly column.
